Neon Kairi 3

I made this dress by altering one I found at a thrift store. I cut it down and added two side zippers. I cut down the top and added a hood. I painted the dress neon colors so yes it glows in black light. I hope to get some photos of that soon. The shoes are not what I wanted so I'm gonna work on finiding some better ones. The belt is a real belt layered in green neon duck tape. It took me several weeks to layer that rainbow on neon colors onto this dress.
